James McInnes Henderson, 40, of Dangerfield, Texas, is shown above in his office here today after he was appointed Rent Stabilizer by Economic Stabilizer Roger Putnam. Formerly General Counsel of the Economic Stabilization Agency, Henderson takes over the post from Tighe E. Woods who has been appointed Price Stabilizer to replace Ellis Arnall.
