House Judiciary Committee majority counsel John Doar carries a briefcase containing the Watergate grand jury's report as he and minority counsel Albert Jenner leave U.S. District Court Tuesday in Washington. Doar and Jenner took the report on President Nixon's relationship to the Watergate cover-up to the committee on Capitol Hill.
