Federal Bureau of Investigation Director Clarence M. Kelley, holds envelope of the same type which he says contained letter bombs during a meeting with newsmen in Washington Tuesday. Kelley blamed one or more terrorists demanding millions of dollars from U.S. Corporations for the bombs which began appearing Monday.
