1967 Press Photo Premier Nguyen Cao Ky pins medal on B52 pilot in Guam

Premier Nguyen Cao Ky, his hair ruffled by a stiff breeze pins an Air Force Distinguished Service Order, Second Class, on an American B52 flyer at Anderson Air Force Base on Guam today. The decoration is equivalent to the U.S. Distinguished Flying Cross. Anderson AFB is the home base of B52 bombers which have been pounding the Viet Cong.
