Mrs. Leonard Weiner of Royal Oak, Michigan, shakes hands with Vice President Hubert Humphrey after his arrival in Atlanta Thursday night for an 18-hour stay in Georgia. Mrs. Weiner is the newly elected President of the National Council of Jewish Women. Mrs. Humphrey holds a bouquet of roses presented to her at the airport. The Vice President addresses the NCJW Thursday night, his first major address since his return from Europe.
