A friendly neighborhood cat interrupts Egil "Bud" Krogh, Jr., as he attempted to read his morning newspaper in the yard of his home here Thursday. Krogh, formerly an aide to resigned presidential aide John D. Ehrlichman at the White Hose, resigned Wednesday as Undersecretary of the Department of Transportation after taking full responsibility for the rifling of files of a psychiatrist treating Daniel Ellsburg.
