Charlie Kemp, 62, who escaped from a Bibb County, Georgia, prison work camp 26-years ago, a month after he was sentenced to life imprisonment for murder, raises his hand as he swears to tell the truth during an extradition hearing here July 7. Kemp settled in Ft. Myers, Florida, where he became a church deacon and businessman. His real name is Hubert Bentley, was revealed last month through fingerprinting after he was involved in a traffic accident.
