Description
Randolph A. Hearst, father of kidnapped heiress Patricia Hearst, talks briefly with newsmen as he leaves his Hillsborough home. Shortly before the Hearsts had learned that their daughter was not the sixth body found in the burned rubble of a Los Angeles house. "There's nothing I could say to Patty," he said, "We just hope to God she comes home, that they release her." Five other bodies had earlier been identified as SLA members.
