Vietnamese Premier Nguyen Cao Ky makes his first public appearance in Saigon today since announcing his withdrawal as presidential candidate. He spoke at the closing session of an election seminar asking for unity among the people of South Vietnam. Ky will run for the vice presidency on the ticket headed by Chief of State Nguyen Van Thieu.
