Vice President Hubert Humphrey, his fever gone and feeling better after a bout with the flu, steps from a car at the Phoenix airport to fly back to Washington today. He became ill Sunday wile visiting former U.S. Senator William Benton of Connecticut, en route to a Los Angeles speaking engagement.
