Talking to newsmen at a Van Nuys, California police station Tuesday after Mrs. Frances Howe was kidnapped are Mrs. Howe and her husband E, Frank Howe, a bank manager. She was released unharmed on payment of $50,000 ransom after being abducted from their home in Glendale. Police captured two suspects as the ransom money was picked up from a trash can. Officers said Mrs. Howe was lying in the back seat of the suspect's car.
