Senator Lister Hill, left, Democrat from Alabama, receives the Will Rose medal for his service to the voluntary health movement from Dr. H. McLeod Riggins, President of the National Tuberculosis Association. Co-author of the Hill-Burton Act, Senator Hill delivered the keynote address in Los Angeles yesterday at the opening session of the 56th annual meeting of the NTA.
