Drug education at an early age is the objective of the first annual drug seminar, a program underway in Monroe and destined for statewide imitation. The conference of education and law enforcement officials from 31 Louisiana parishes includes, l-r, Archie W. Paul and Rudy L. Landry, Baton Rouge, Herbert H. Hinton, Lake Charles, H&PE supervisors, and NSU sociologist Dr. Millard Bienvenu.
