Representative Louis Day Hicks, D-MA, carrying umbrella arrives at polls in South Boston Tuesday to cast her ballot in Boston's mayoralty race. Mrs. Hicks opposes Mayor Kevin H. White in the contest, her opponent four years ago. The election is expected to draw about 190,000 voters, 65 percent of Boston's total.
