Judge Louis T. Holland of Montague, Texas, left, poses with Judge Joe B. Brown whose place Holland is taking in a hearing for Jack Ruby in Dallas today. Judge Brown, who presided at the original Ruby trial, stepped out of the case and Judge Holland was appointed to preside over the hearing to determine which group of attorneys will represent the convicted slayer of presidential assassin Lee Harvey Oswald, in his appeal.
