Sally Budd of Dallas, Texas, who calls herself "an average American" will marry an Indian Prince in Dallas August 11. Sally will be 21 the day Prince Richard Yeshwant Rae Rolkar slips the wedding ring on her finger. Sally and the Prince met while both were studying in Florence, Italy.
