Cotton Queen Sarah Holder, maid of Cotton arrives in Charlotte, North Carolina, Sunday on a U.S.-Canadian tour designed promoto the cotton industry. Miss Holder, 20, a sophomore at Mississippi State College for Women will also visit Germany and Japan.
