Answering newsmen's questions at Kinshasa, Congo, is Mrs. Betsy Hobgood of Lexington, Kentucky, who was evacuated from Kisangani where rebel mercenaries and the Congolese National Army were charged with beatings, looting and shooting in the streets. She was in a group flown out Saturday by a Red Cross mercy mission. Her husband, Ben Hobgood, remained to carry out duties as vice-rector of Free University of the Congo.
