This photo identified as Irving R. Hogg, Jr., 30, was made available in Toledo, Ohio Wednesday following a chase with Maryland police in which he was killed, and his woman companion was captured. Hogg was sought in connection with the slaying of one Delaware State trooper and the critical injuring of his partner Wednesday during a chase into Pennsylvania following a motel robbery in Delaware.
