1966 Press Photo Tug, icebreaker plows through ice-clogged Ohio River

A combination tug, icebreaker plowed through an ice-clogged section of the Ohio River in the Cincinnati Harbor today as the mercury stood at 19 degrees, the 18th consecutive day it has been below freezing here. This photo made from Riverside Drive, shows an open pool between the ice and the Cincinnati skyline.
