Little Jill Jaffe, 18-months-old, cries that she wants to go home while she waits with a sister, Amy, 4, and her mother, Mrs. Gerald Jaffe, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in a Pennsylvania Turnpike restaurant today where they were stranded for more than six hours by a wind-whipped snowstorm that blocked the cross-state highway. The Jaffes were returning home from a weekend in New York when the storm struck.

Photo is dated 1959.
