Former President Herbert Hoover is pictured last week in his suite in New York's Waldorf Astoria Towers where he will celebrate his 90th birthday tomorrow. In a prepared statement, Hoover said today that the key to America's abundance is its "greater freedom for the individual man and woman." Hoover's physician said that Hoover's health is "Good, for a man of 90." A spokesman said Hoover has received more than 3,000 birthday greetings from around the world.
