Richard Honeck, 87, released from Illinois' Menard Penitentiary nearly three years ago after spending 64 years behind bars on a murder conviction, yesterday received a full pardon from Illinois Governor Otto Kerner. The pardon announcement came from Mrs. Clara Orth, Honeck's niece with whom he lives in a San Leandro, California trailer court.
