"Fats" Houston--Matthew "Fats" Houston, the grand marshal for the Olympia Brass Band, is dead at the age of 70. He was famous as the man who set the stately pace for many of the jazz funeral processions in New Orleans. Eureka Brass Band Marshal Matthew "Fats" Houston, he doesn't play anything, he just gets out front and struts his stuff.
