Claus Jacobi, right, chief editor of West German weekly magazine Der Spiegel, is shown en route back to Hamburg after his release from prison tonight. At left is lawyer, Dr. Labin. A political crisis has grown in West Germany out of the arrest of the publisher and four editors of the magazine on suspicion of treason. The publisher and other three editors remain in prison.
