New Hampshire National guardsmen with bayonet poised stands guard on outskirt of Hampton Beach halting teenagers from going back to beach area where some 5,000 to 10,000 teenagers went on wild rampage last night and early today. It took near 250 policemen and The National Guard to restore order to the resort for the holiday.
