Fay Heasley, a North Dakota farmer, who lost his land to the government for failure to pay his taxes, hasn't given up his fight to get it back. He's shown here at the home of his son, gazing at the lush acreage which he claims was illegally confiscated. He's been in jail, been fined, and has been turned down in dozens of court actions and estimates his legal fees so far run to $150,000.
