Taylor Harding (Miss New Orleans), wearing a sun dress, poses for a picture along with other contestants in the "Miss Caribe" contest. The girls were lined up around the swimming pool of a hotel on the island of Margarita off the coast of Venzuela. Invited to a luncheon at the hotel, Taylor missed the word that she was supposed to wear a swimsuit for the benefit of the newspaper photographer.
