Floyd E. Hargrove, under a first degree murder indictment, talks with his attorney, Louis A. Turi, Jr., at his arraignment in the Lake County common pleas courtroom today. The defense moved to halt further proceedings against the confessed sniper slayer of Charles R. Clark of Mentor by entering a plea in abatement, claiming the indictment was based on illegally obtained evidence presented to the grand jury. Clark was shot Christmas Eve. Hargrove has admitted a love affair with Clark's wife.
