Authorities discuss prison situation with inmates in the dungeons of Principe Prison in the heart of Havana yesterday while other prisoners, who had rioted earlier, line walls above moat. The dungeons are built into the thick walls of the moat and prisoners claim conditions in cells there are unbearable.
