Church dignitaries approach the Most Reverend John C. Heenan to honor him after he was enthroned today as the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Westminister. Ceremony making him the ranking Roman Catholic prelate in the British Isles took place in London's Westminister Cathedral. The 58-year-old man is the eighth Archbishop of Westminister since the restoration of the hierarchy in England in 1850.
