A security guard opens the gate for an auto entering the Hearst estate here today. Manning the gate is a new security measure taken by Randolph A. Hearsts, parents of kidnap victim Patricia Hearst, as the deadline of Friday midnight on a $4 million escrow for return of the girl approaches. The Hearst Corporation has posted the money with a San Francisco bank to be made available for free food for the needy if Patricia is returned unharmed by her kidnappers.
