Dr. Walter W. Heller, former Democratic Presidential adviser, predicts a "rather uncomfortable period," for the nation, even without a recession. Appearing on the television-radio program "Meet the Press," aired from Washington by the National Broadcasting Company, he said the period could include a recession if the Federal Reserve Board keeps money tight too long.
