1960 Press Photo Floyd Hargrove in custody of Sheriff Evans on murder charge

Floyd E. Hargrove, 35, (left), leaves Municipal Court in custody of Sheriff William B. Evans after he pleaded guilty today to a first degree murder charge in the Christmas Eve sniper slaying of Charles R. Clark at nearby Mentor. Hargrove, who told authorities he was in love with Clark's wife, was bound over to the Lake County grand jury without bond.
