1962 Press Photo Richard Gosser, VP of United Auto Workers, indicted by IRS

Richard T. Gosser, 61, International Vice President of the United Auto Workers Union, today was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury on charges of tampering with confidential files of the Internal Revenue Service. IRS agents said they were investigating Gosser's income tax returns for the years 1956-58.
