1965 Press Photo Gene Goltz, Houston Post reporter wins Pulitzer Prize

Gene Goltz a Houston Post reporter, won a Pulitzer Prize today in the special local reporting category. Goltz, 34, won the award for his reporting of irregularities in the Pasadena, Texas, city government. His expose has also won him the 1964 Heywood Broun Memorial Award, The National Headliners Club Award for outstanding public service and several others
