Mrs. Anna Roosevelt Halsted, daughter of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, looks at wreath laid before memorial to her mother, Eleanor, at the United Nations today in New York. Mrs. Halsted's mother and others were honored later at a meeting of the U.N. General Assembly, on the 20th anniversary of the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights.
