Tagged refugee from war-torn Cyprus Daphne Hawkins, 11 months, is tearful as she arrives in Beirut, Lebanon, Tuesday with her mother. She is he daughter of Associated Press correspondent Frank N. Hawkins, Jr. Her mother said she never cried during the two days under fire and bombing in Cyprus but was tearful when she and 383 other Americans landed in Beirut.
