1960 Press Photo William J. Hallbrook booked for seduction via phony title.

William Joseph Hallbrook, 30, right, is booked at New York Police station today on charges of seduction of 26-year-old Phyllis Piccolo via a phony title of doctor and a convincing line. At left is Detective William Mulligan. A stethoscope, which Miss Piccolo said was used as a prop by Hallbrook as he wooded her, lies on booking desk. Miss Piccolo set up his arrest after she found he was stringing her along.
