Her face showing the strain, Mrs. Charles D. Heyl, 42, listens intently to testimony in her trial today at Bay Minette, Alabama, on a second-degree murder charge in the shooting of her husband. Mrs. Heyl, a former professional dancer, said a gun she was holding discharged accidentally during an argument.
