Senator J.W. Fulbright, D-AR, inspects an anti-personnel land mine at the Capitol today where he and Rep. Donald M. Fraser, D-MN, joined others from Congress at a "counter briefing" on U.S. foreign policy. The meeting, for editors and broadcasters, came a day after the State Department spoke to the newsmen on foreign policy and the Indochina War.
