Former Japanese Foreign Minister Aiichiro Fujiyama leaves Los Angeles today for Japan where he is a leading contender to succeed Premier Hayate Ikeda, who plans to step down because of illness. Fujiyama is completing a world tour which included visits with President Johnson and former Soviet Premier Khrushchev.
