Averell Harriman posed today at London airport prior to boarding plane for Moscow on a Presidential mission to seek Soviet aid in heading off a threatened blowup in Laos. Harriman, U.S. Undersecretary of State, is due in Moscow tonight. He has been in London conferring with French and British officials on the Laotian crisis.
