Ohio Governor John J. Gilligan became a psychiatric aide trainee Monday at Orient State Institute and helped Jimmy Long, 11, of Lancaster with an exercise. He worked in a ward at the institute to observe the second anniversary of a program to humanize life for Ohio's 23,000 mental patients.
