Eddy Gilmore, who for 11 years was chief of bureau for the Associated Press in Moscow, checks road-map outside Frankfurt, Germany, yesterday. With his Russian-born wife, Tamara, and their daughters, Vicki, 9, and Susanna, 3, Gilmore is en route to the United States. His wife was only recently given permission to leave Russia by the Soviet government.
