Soviet authorities are holding two young Americans in solitary confinement on charges of stealing statue of a bear from a Leningrad hotel, the U.S. Embassy said Thursday. The embassy identified the youths as Buel Wortham, Jr., 25, of North Little Rock, Arkansas and Craddock M. Gilmour, Jr., 24, of Montclair, NJ
