Republican Presidential nominee Barry Goldwater, at Chicago press conference, gestures today as he urges civil rights "tension that exists" be kept out of the campaign. Goldwater, en route Washington from a short visit at his Phoenix, AR home, said he will not inject such talk into his campaign and he doesn't think President Johnson will either.
