"Leapy," San Diego Zoo's Leap Year baby born February 29, gets her first look at the world from public side of the giraffe barn while mother Freckles stands at left and daddy, Topper, looks over enclosure at rear. The baby stands 6 feet and weighs 190 pounds. Someday, the new Uganda giraffe will weigh 2,500.
