Bernard Goldstein, Vice President of a New York statistical and electronic data processing firm, takes the witness chair today before the House Legislature Oversight Subcommittee which is investigating television-radio broadcasting practices. Goldstein said that Disc Jockey Dick Clark could have had a personal financial interest in 27 percent of the songs played on his matinee television show.
