Evangelist Billy Graham gestures during a Thursday news conference in Atlanta at which he said that he is "slightly encouraged" about the Middle East situation. The North Carolina Baptist Minister said he was received cordially by Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and that he believes the relations between the United States and India are improving. Graham conducted an evangelistic crusade in the remote Indian state Nagaland, drawing crowds of more than 75,000.
